On-Site
	Offers service at your location Two annual maintenance visit A technician guaranteed to arrive with-in 24 hours for repairs

Depot-Drop
	Same quality service as On-Site We pay to ship your printer back after repairs Customer responsible for shipping printer to one of our regional repair centers

Note: Service contracts do not cover printheads.
